“We had a great time on the ATVs and Horses. I do recommend that Viator update their description to include the extra charges so people aren’t surprised to pay more fees when they arrive. They charge for the entry fee (which is stated in description) but they ALSO charge you $35 fee pp for riding ATVs or give you the option to do a $500 temporary hold on a Credit Card in case of any damages to the vehicle.”

“Our tour guide, Darvin was great. The horses were amazing. We upgraded to a private tour guide (great decision) but also upgraded to a side by side which yes, was more safe, but not worth an extra $100. Definitely stick with the old fashioned 4 wheeler/quad. The views were amazing, it seemed as if they treated and trained the animals very well. I would not recommend the horseback riding to someone who is not in shape because of the steep climbs the horses have to make.”

“Our tour guide Noel is top notch. From beginning to end he was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. Super friendly and just overall great company. We enjoyed our time. The entire staff was amazing as well. As hot as Cabo was, we didn’t have time to sweat. They have breeze ways and you’re shuttled around from excursion to excursion. And let’s not talk about the food…. SUPER YUMMY!!! The camel feeding was so adorable. The camel ride was smooth and fun. We took the fastest UTV out for a spin along the beach side. “They price gauge, after you pay for your activity with Viator they will basically tell you you need to pay an additional 200$ for basic stuff for example- we got an atv but they didn’t have any more semi automatics so it was either wait 4 hours or pay 200$ for an automatic one. On top of that, they don’t let you take your phone or Fanny pack or anything- they charge $80 for 2 pics they airdrop to you.”

“We did the horses and sky bike tour. Lots of fun Amel was a great guide! The horse back riding was very mild no real area to open up and run. The bike was exciting, very different and totally safe! I would pass on the private tour upgrade and save the money to buy photos at the end. The tour groups are all small and it is hard to take you own pictures while doing these activities.”

“Leon provided me with excellent instruction on how to use the ebike. And pedaling the bike was a great workout even with the assist. I had fun! I only wish the weather was warmer.”

“The excursion was called Electric Bike Beach Adventure. We had to drive in a bus at least an hour from port. We rode bikes for maybe 45-60 minutes max. The rest of the 5 and a half hour tour was eating and something about tequila. Bikes was a footnote to this excursion despite the title of the tour and the entire descriptive paragraph detailing the bike ride. Many people voiced to each other feeling the bike ride was far too short and the tour was not as described.”

“Worst experience trying to find the pickup location! It’s really hard, the place isn’t even signed as Caboland (it’s a convenience store type thing). Time said 2pm start but they then emailed and gave us a 1.20pm pickup so we missed that (we only docked at 1pm so was never going to make it). They gave us a 2.30pm pickup and barely had enough time to get back. It was an extremely hot day when we went and I got unwell. The bikes actually require some effort.
