“The ride into the base of where you depart is a bit scary. Road leading in is isolated and a dirt road filled with major ruts and pot holes. Once there you are met with very gracious, professionals. Loved the hiking that led to the zip lines and the repelling though a bit scary was thrilling! Our guides Diego and Tony couldn’t have been any nicer or helpful! They made our experience a memorable one for sure! They both were reassuring and knowledgeable about the equipment and the area. They both made us comfortable and confident in what we were doing. I highly recommend this experience with Viator!”

“I am extremely upset and disappointed in Private Los Cabos surf lesson. It is a parent’s worst fear to send their child away for a class, and have them come back unsafe and hurt. My 6 year old son fell onto the surfboard and his lip, chin, and nose were cut open. He had to go to emergency to have 3 stitches. I understand accidents happen, but the teachers should have given him more instructions and training before letting him out to the ocean. In addition, there needed to be much more handholding, foresight experience, and careful watching for a first time young child surfer. The teachers had the audacity…”

“My husband and I enjoyed our surf lesson with Max, which was only our second lesson ever. The beach was great and it was nice to get out of the chaos of being in town. We loved the convenience of being picked up at our hotel and the delicious tacos when we were done right there by the beach. We were hungry and ready to eat. Max knows the area well and offers a variety of other tours. If we knew ahead of time, we would have scheduled a hiking tour with him.”
